Jim McCrery (R-La.) and Dena Battle, ex-legislative director for Rep. Dave Camp (R-Mich.), chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, are lobbying for the trade group.

• TRADE. The Caribbean Basin Ethanol Producer Association has hired Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg to lobby for a “trade preference for ethanol produced in the Caribbean,” according to lobbying disclosure records.
