Gephardt Group Government Affairs has been hired by Prairie State Generating Co., a Marissa, Ill., electric generation project, to lobby on “EPA regulations,” according to lobbying disclosure records. Former House Democratic leader Dick Gephardt of Missouri and Kyle Mulhall, a former senior policy adviser to Gephardt, are lobbying for the company.
