Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) is projected to win the first primary of Super Tuesday, handily defeating Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) in Georgia, according to the Associated Press. Exit polls show that young voters and black voters secured the win for the Illinois senator but he was also competitive among white voters. |
