The Hill's 50 Most Beautiful 2008

Welcome to The Hill’s fifth Most Beautiful People list. It is with great pleasure that we unveil the 50 Most Beautiful People of Capitol Hill for 2008.

By far the most anticipated issue of summer, this feature gets Hill aides ramped up a year ahead of its publishing date. The paper receives nominations all year long — this year's competition was the most heated yet, with nearly 400 nominations submitted to The Hill for review. At one point the 50 Most Beautiful online mailbox crashed from so many nominations.

We thank everyone who participated in the project for the past several months and all those who sent in such witty, clever nominations that kept our day jobs more than entertaining. Enjoy!
