The staff of Rep. Albert Wynn’s (D-Md.) office thinks Tia Nearmyer, 21, is the best intern this side of the Mississippi. This is, in part, because Nearmyer doesn’t complain about doing such menial tasks as answering phones and giving tours.
Nearmyer has a different version: “I just kind of look at it as part of the job, because I know if I get done with that they will give me something better to do.”
