Qorvis director: Qorvis Communications hired Nicole Silverman as director last week.She will work on technology and telecom issues and will be the go-to on communications and coalition-building on top administration high-tech and broadband issues. Silverman has 13 years of public affairs experience and was most recently account manager in Waggener Edstrom’s public affairs practice.
