Job moves Lamborn announces changes to D.C., Colorado offices: Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-Colo.) announced changes to his D.C. and Colorado offices last week. Chief of Staff Robert McCreary will be departing to become senior vice president of global business development and government relations at NEK Advanced Securities Group. Chris Phelen will be the new chief of staff. Phelen had been serving as deputy chief of staff and has also been military legislative assistant for the congressman for three years. Legislative director Craig Rushing will be deputy chief of staff and continue his duties as legislative director. Sweetgreen hires new sustainable foods specialist: Erin Teal Littlestar has joined D.C.’s salad and frozen yogurt eatery Sweetgreen as its sourcing and sustainability manager. The team has nicknamed Littlestar the “Sourceress,” as she will lead and enhance Sweetgreen’s platform of sustainability that includes introducing a new program to source only local and sustainable ingredients for the Sweetgreen menu.
