A night in the South of France

By Nicole Brennan - 09/07/07 03:01 PM ET
On Sept. 24, Café Atlantico will host a dinner featuring the celebrated wine of Montrachet, a grand cru vineyard between the villages of Chassagne and Puligny in the South of Cote de Beaune, France. Seating is limited and guests will enjoy the exquisite Burgundy paired with a five-course French meal prepared by Chef Katsuya Fukushima. A spokesman for the restaurant, Jimmy Pumarol, described the wine selections as “incredible and delicious.” The event begins at 7 p.m. and costs $200 per person (including tax and gratuity). Seating is limited; call (202) 393-0812 for a reservation. Café Atlantico is located at 405 8th St. NW.
