Conan O’Brien just wants Mitt Romney’s hair.

Romney, who announced the launch of his exploratory committee for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination earlier this week, reacted Wednesday to the talk-show host’s latest joke regarding the former Massachusetts governor’s locks.

“I feel like he’s just trying to run on his good looks,” O’Brien said, speaking of a Romney campaign video on his late-night show. O’Brien’s team posted the video online, where Romney apparently found the link.

Romney tweeted:

“.@TeamCoco Loved the video. Sounds to me like @ConanOBrien has hair envy #Mitt2012”

O’Brien responded:

“Hey, @mittromney busted me for having hair envy. Imagine how jealous I’ll be if Trump runs.”

Donald Trump had yet to respond at press time, but the billionaire fared better than Romney in a recent GOP presidential poll.

That said, Trump’s got nothing on Romney in the hair department.
