House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and a group went for a bicycle ride at Hains Point on a hot and humid Wednesday morning.

An ITK tipster eyed plenty of security around the “Young Gun,” including a Capitol Police escort and an SUV of what our spy believes were plainclothes officers.

Nothing like some fresh air (or make that thick, sneeze-inducing air) during a typically muggy D.C. summer.
