Former Rep. Artur Davis (D-Ala.), at the downtown power-lunch spot Potenza last Wednesday, sitting alone in front of a bread basket at a table for two.

Davis, now a partner at SNR Denton, was scrolling though his BlackBerry while presumably waiting to break bread with his dining companion.
