Fisher recounts Kennedy asking if she was going to have sex with Dodd

The late Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) played wingman for former Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) during Dodd’s date with Carrie Fisher, the “Star Wars” actress recounts. 

According to excerpts of her new book, Kennedy asked some pretty frank questions during a dinner with Dodd and Fisher in the 1980s. 

Fisher writes, “Suddenly, Senator Kennedy, seated directly across from me, looked at me with his alert, aristocratic eyes and asked me a most surprising question. ‘So,’ he said, clearly amused, ‘do you think you’ll be having sex with Chris at the end of your date?’”
