SPOTTED: Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Ill.) at Founding Farmers

Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Ill.) donning a gray suit and rocking a paisley tie while dining with a male and female companion at Founding Farmers in downtown D.C. on Thursday.

Our spy says the three sipped on a bottle of Argentinean wine while sharing a plate of butternut squash ravioli. Yum.

The paisley-wearing lawmaker ordered lemon scallops from the Pennsylvania Avenue hot spot. And although Schock might have “apple pie looks” (according, at least, to a May profile in Men’s Health magazine) the congressman seems to prefer cake. ITK’s insider tells us that Schock’s table ended the meal with a slice of carrot cake.
