Perhaps just in time for the winter weather, the 41-year-old Wisconsin Republican debuted a thin layer of follicles on his face in a video sent out Wednesday by Pete Hoekstra’s Senate campaign. Hoekstra, a GOP candidate and former Michigan congressman, is challenging Sen. But Ryan’s press secretary, Kevin Seifert, tells ITK that the congressman has been known to rock the grizzly-esque look before, writing in an email, “Rep. Ryan has done this in years past as part of a hunting tradition.”
