Marchant’s one chatty politician

SPOTTED: Rep. Kenny Marchant (R-Texas) engaged in a lengthy discussion with a bearded protester last Thursday outside of the Longworth House Office Building.

While Marchant’s press secretary, Ryan Moy, wasn’t sure what the unlikely duo were discussing, he says it’s not uncommon for his boss to strike up a conversation around the Capitol.
