Kids’ TV star says first lady got dance help from Sasha, Malia

Obama appeared as herself in last week’s episode, which followed the main character, Carly, as she attempts to create a birthday Web show for her dad, who’s serving overseas in the military.

Nearing the end of the program, Obama commends Carly for her efforts before breaking out in a “random dance” sequence.

Cosgrove, in an interview Wednesday with “Access Hollywood Live,” revealed that FLOTUS told her that her daughters, Sasha and Malia, gave her a hand in the dance department, saying they “helped her with her moves so she wouldn’t embarrass herself.”

Donning a patterned black-and-white T-shirt and orange pants (which the “iCarly” celeb disclosed were Obama’s own clothes and not from the wardrobe department), the White House resident is seen waving her hands in the hair as she bounces around.

Although the first lady has been known to bust a move — she showed she knows how to “Dougie” with D.C. students last May — Cosgrove, 18, was surprised to see Obama shaking it: “It was just funny to see her dance and stuff. She said that was her favorite part.”
