Ex-Sen. Larry Craig seen roaming Rayburn office building

By Judy Kurtz - 01/25/12 09:32 PM ET

SPOTTED: Former Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho), of “wide stance” infamy, paying a visit to his old stomping grounds while visiting the Rayburn House Office Building on Wednesday.

Craig was overheard informing an inquiring mind that he no longer lives in Washington and is doing some lobbying and consulting.

The longtime politician resigned from the Senate in 2009 after pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct charge stemming from a 2007 incident in a men’s restroom at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

Our spy noted that the ex-lawmaker was seen by the elevator, not the bathroom.
