Rangel has bad back

The big smile and hearty laugh of Rep. Charles Rangel has been missing in the halls of Congress recently. 

 

Rangel’s office says the New York Democrat has experienced back pains and is resting. ITK, who has suffered through many back ailments, wishes the congressman a speedy recovery.
