Seller of the week: President Obama

By Judy Kurtz - 03/19/12 08:21 PM ET

For sale: “O’Bama” tee

Price: $25 (on sale!)

St. Patrick’s Day has come and gone, but even with a post-holiday discount, pro-Obama shirts featuring an Irish theme will still cost supporters a pretty hefty pot o’ gold.

Even though the shirts are now outdated, those who simply have to don the 100 percent cotton tees (emblazoned with “O’Bama 2012” and a drawing of a four-leaf clover) won’t have the luck of the Irish when it comes to saving some moolah. Following last weekend’s St. Paddy’s Day festivities, the cost of the

shamrock-rockin’ tops only went down a mere five bucks — from $30 to $25.

A description of the American-made T-shirt says wearers can “Get in on the Saint Patrick’s Day style with this Kelly green O’Bama tee.” At least fans of the president will be well-prepared for St. Patrick’s Day … of 2013 (should Obama win a second term).
