T-shirt’s a scream for Howard Dean

WE HEAR: Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean (D) not only had fun kicking it with the staff at the teen social action organization DoSomething.org in New York recently, he also got a big laugh out of a taboo T-shirt.

The one-time presidential candidate, 63, stopped to pose with a big grin while holding the cheeky clothing item, which declared in bold colors: “Volunteerism: Best legal high not requiring a condom.”

Dean was eyed volunteering some hugs with the DoSomething crew by the end of his visit.
