What’s in Air Force One’s bathroom?

By Judy Kurtz - 04/30/12 07:49 PM ET

President Obama is flying high with perfectly moisturized skin.

So suggests Chris Salgardo, president of Kiehl’s. The head of the skin-care and beauty line told ITK at the grand opening of the Tyson’s Corner Center store last week (which also raised money for the NewsBabes charity organization to help fight breast cancer) that the commander in chief could be counted among the company’s fans.

Salgardo contends, “I can’t say yes or no, but I’ve heard that you might find some Kiehl’s products on Air Force One. So if you’re ever on Air Force One, you might want to check out the bathroom.”

We checked with an insider who has been aboard the presidential aircraft. The insider told us, “They have a tray with toothpaste, mouthwash and some other stuff. But it doesn’t say where the products are from.”

A budding bathroom mystery is brewing!
