Biden goes for stroll by the beach while wife signs books

SPOTTED: Vice President Biden (perhaps recovering from some Fourth of July festivities) dressed in a casual summer outfit, strolling the streets of Rehoboth, Del., on Thursday.

A group who appeared to be Secret Service agents was eyed walking a short distance from Biden. Our spy heard them joking that it would be a good idea to grab a beer on the scorcher of an afternoon.

The VP was cooling his heels in the beach lover’s destination while his wife, Jill, signed copies of her recently released children’s book, Don’t Forget, God Bless Our Troops, just down the road at the independent bookstore Browseabout Books.
