SPOTTED: Sharon Stone, who has been in Washington the past few days advocating for AIDS research funding as part of the International AIDS Conference, sitting down for a late meal Tuesday night at downtown D.C.’s Italian eatery Ristorante Tosca.

Our spy eyed the smiling “Basic Instinct” star wearing a black jacket paired with a white T-shirt and jeans as she shared a table with former Secretary of Defense and ex-Sen. William Cohen (R-Maine) and his wife.
