Hillary Clinton: I’m as old as Pakistan

During an interview with Geo TV Pakistan, the host this week praised Hillary Rodham Clinton for her first trip to Pakistan as secretary of State and wished her a happy birthday.
Clinton responded, “Thank you so much, Sami, and of course, it is my birthday. Pakistan and I are the same age.”
The remark triggered laughs, but it’s true. Pakistan was established in 1947, the year Clinton was born. (Technically, Pakistan is a couple of months older.)
Clinton turned 62 on Monday.
