Sen. Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.): “Georgia on My Mind.”

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas): The theme from “Rocky.”

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.): If I was serious, I would say “The Impossible Dream.” If I wasn’t serious, I would say “Take a Chance on Me.”

Sen. Roland Burris (D-Ill.): I never thought about anything like that. What comes to mind is “Rocky,” but I’ve never thought about it before.

Sen. Bob Casey Jr. (D-Pa.): I’m a big Springsteen fan, so I guess I’d have to choose him. I’m not sure I can pick one song, but if it’s Springsteen, you’re in the ballpark. I’ve never thought of listening to music right before going on the floor.

Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.): “Born to Run.”

Rep. Gene Taylor (D-Miss.): No song.

Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.): “Come Together.”

Rep. Rob Wittman (R-Va.): It would have to be U2. One of my favorites there is “Pride (In the Name of Love).”

Rep. Betty Sutton (D-Ohio): I really like Tom Petty, “I Won’t Back Down.”

Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Ill.): By Phil Collins, “Something Happened on the Way to Heaven.” The ramp-up is what I like. I also like “Eye of the Tiger.”

I was so looking forward to going to the State Department [last Tuesday] to meet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to talk about global food security that I woke up at 3:15, 4:15 and 5:15, and I was dreaming about food
