Fox News host Cavuto has yet to hop in cab bearing his face

Neil Cavuto says he’s been so busy covering the Democratic National Convention, he has yet to spot his smiling face greeting cab riders.

The Fox News Channel “Your World” anchor’s mug is plastered on taxis driving around Charlotte.

Asked whether any lawmakers have mentioned eyeing him on one of the vehicles, Cavuto wrote in an email, “Sadly, no. I think seeing me in person is such a mesmerizing experience, they forget almost all else.”

While he hasn’t yet been able to hitch a ride in a Fox News-branded SUV, he tells us, “I have demanded my staff do so, and bring back pictures … they’ll report. I’ll decide whether this was a worthy network investment!”
