The Hill's 12:30 Report: Scaramucci-Priebus feud at boiling point | Military won't change transgender policy until Trump sends directions | 'Skinny' ObamaCare repeal bill gains momentum | Trump attacks on Sessions stun senators | Bezos tops Gates as richest person

BOILING OVER THIS A.M. -- I DECLARE A TRIAL BY COMBAT Last night, Politico's Lorraine Woellert reported that White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci's financial disclosure forms show that the former Wall Street financier earned $4.9 million from his stake in Skybridge Capital, the investment firm he founded in 2005, between Jan. 1, 2016, and the end of June 2017. It also shows that Scaramucci earned more than $5 million in salary during the same period of time.

Scaramucci reacts -- boiiiing: Scaramucci tweeted last night that he would contact the FBI and Department of Justice "in light of the leak of my financial disclosure info which is a felony." The kicker: He tagged chief of staff Reince Priebus in that now-deleted tweet, appearing to suggest that Priebus was behind the so-called leak of his financial information to a Politico reporter.

Keep in mind -- this is important: "Scaramucci claims his financial disclosure was leaked. Politico, which ran the story, notes the docs were public, released upon request." (From The Washington Post's Robert Costa)

Omg, this photo!: Mooch and Priebus during President Trump's WSJ interview. Wow.

NEW THIS A.M. -- Oh my god, this is reality TV!: Scaramucci then called into CNN this morning to go off on Priebus: "If you want to talk about the chief of staff, we have had odds, we have had differences," he said. "When I said we were brothers from the podium, that's because we're rough on each other. Some brothers are like Cain and Abel. Other brothers can fight with each other and get along. I don't know if this is repairable or not. That will be up to the president." Yiiiiikes.

Lol, this is a fun fact: "Fun fact from The Hill's Jordan Fabian In Bible, Cain kills Abel and lies about it to God." (Tweet from The Hill's Ian Swanson)

Just now — Ryan steps in: Speaker Paul RyanPaul Davis RyanGOP leaders pitch children's health funding in plan to avert shutdown Lawmakers see shutdown’s odds rising Fix what we’ve got and make Medicare right this year MORE defended his close friend and ally, Reince Priebus. Ryan said his fellow Wisconsinite is "doing a fantastic job" as White House chief of staff and has the support of President Trump.

MEANWHILE -- Talk of the week: How the new White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci has fast become one of the most powerful people in the West Wing, putting allies of White House chief of staff Reince Priebus on edge.

It's Thursday -- I hope you're all celebrating this beautiful D.C. weather since the heat streak broke. I'm Cate Martel with a quick recap of the morning and what's coming up. Send comments, story ideas and events for our radar to and on Facebook.

BREAKING -- NO BAN FOR YOU (YET): The highest ranking military officer in the country said that the military's transgender policy won't actively change until President Trump sends specific directions to the Pentagon. What prompted this: Trump's Twitter announcement about banning transgender people in the military prompted a swirl of questions about what would happen to currently serving transgender troops.

WHEN THE 'FAITH OF THE SEVEN' IS YOUR SPIRIT ANIMAL AND PUBLICLY YELLING SHAME AT YOUR COLLEAGUES SEEMS LIKE FUN: President Trump's habit of bullying and publicly shaming his allies isn't making him many friends on Capitol Hill. Example -- Trump publicly scolding Attorney General Jeff SessionsJefferson (Jeff) Beauregard SessionsSessions: 'We should be like Canada' in how we take in immigrants DOJ wades into archdiocese fight for ads on DC buses Overnight Cybersecurity: Bipartisan bill aims to deter election interference | Russian hackers target Senate | House Intel panel subpoenas Bannon | DHS giving 'active defense' cyber tools to private sector MORESome lawmakers note that Sessions resigned from his safe Senate seat to join the executive branch and work for Trump. They say it is wrong that Sessions has become a target of the president's ire for following Justice Department guidelines and recusing himself from oversight of the Russia investigation. Lawmakers' reactions:

LATEST WITH THE OBAMACARE DRAMA, ONLY ON BRAVO: Momentum for a "skinny" ObamaCare repeal bill is growing in the Senate as one by one other measures to reform the nation's healthcare law fall by the wayside. How so: Legislation to repeal ObamaCare with a two-year delay only secured 45 votes on Wednesday, a day after a repeal-and-replace bill won just 43 votes in a procedural motion. Those tallies suggest: Senate Republicans may have to narrow their goals to win 51 votes for legislation in the face of unified Democratic opposition.

Welp, that's a fast turnaround: "Source has told colleague [Reuters's Yasmeen Abutaleb] that Rs will *write* skinny bill at today's policy lunch. Unclear if wish list meets reconciliation."

HOW COMPLETELY, UTTERLY HUMILIATING FOR BILL GATES. REALLY, SO EMBARRASSING: Via CNBC's Robert Frank, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has surpassed Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates as the world's richest man. Bezos's net worth: $90 billion; Gates's net worth: $89 billion. Pshhh.

HEY, GUYS. WANNA DATE YOUR COWORKERS?!: There's a new dating app just for verified Twitter users. Lol.

THE KEY TO HAPPINESS IS NOT LOVE: Via The New York Times's Niraj Chokski, a new study suggests that to be happy in life, you should order more takeout food and hire a maid.  I could get behind this.

And because you read this far, here's a cat getting stumped by iPad games:
