BREAKING -- TRUMP ADDRESSES LAS VEGAS: President Trump late this morning spoke to the American people about the mass shooting in Las Vegas, the deadliest in U.S. history. "It was an act of pure evil," Trump said. Trump announces a visit: Trump said he would travel to Las Vegas Wednesday to meet with first responders and victims. The president thanked first responders and police for reacting quickly, crediting them with saving many lives. He also sought to offer comfort to families of victims.
