DeConcini backs Carmona for Ariz. Senate

Carmona was the favored pick of Democrats in Washington to compete for the seat that retiring Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) is vacating and Democrats are eager to pick up. He is competing in the Democratic primary with former state party chairman Don Bivens.
