"I don't know if you saw my Twitter today, but Anthony Scaramucci wished me a happy birthday, by the way, and he says, you know, 'someone calls you sour Lemon,'" Lemon told Meyers. "Guess who came up with that nickname."
"That is a tough one to come up. I've never been called that one before," he added.
Scaramucci did, in fact, wish Lemon a "Wonderful Happy 29th Birthday" on Twitter Thursday, saying that he's "also know[n] as 'sour' Lemon to some." Lemon turned 52 on Thursday.

Lemon, who anchors "CNN Tonight," has been openly critical of Trump at times, and acknowledged Thursday that he gives "a point of view" on his show. Still, he insisted, "we can be fair, we can be open-minded, but we don’t have to be stupid."
Trump has also taken aim at Lemon, once calling him "dumb as a rock" and a "lightweight."
