Republican Catherine Davis, who worked for Sen. George Allen (R) when he was governor of Virginia, announced yesterday that she will try again to dethrone Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.).
“McKinney’s dismal legislative record and her outrageous behavior are an embarrassment to the hard working folks in my district,” Davis, an executive with Sprint, said in a statement.
McKinney could face criminal charges for hitting a Capitol Police officer with her cell phone this year.
