Report: Fossella charged with DWI |

Rep. Vito Fossella (R-N.Y.) was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Wednesday, The Washington Post reported Thursday. The Post said Fossella was arrested near Washington in Alexandria, Va., and has a May 12 court date. Fossella represents Staten Island and faces a potentially tough reelection bid this year, which could be made more difficult by his arrest. Fossella’s office did not immediately return calls. |
