House Majority Leader Eric Cantor said he would support the compromise bill.

Leaders are trying to come to a framework deal on farm subsidies and food stamp cuts.
Rep. Collin Peterson said the framework of an agreement could be finished next week.
"There would be a melee, and I wouldn't want to miss out on the fun," Lucas said.
An impasse over dairy has so far stymied passage of a five-year farm bill.
Negotiators have a few details left before a deal on the $1 trillion farm bill is complete.
Lucas said the farm bill conference committee has made progress but has a ways to go.
The leaders said they will have final say on the nearly $1 trillion 2013 farm bill.
