Report: Workers find oil spill at stricken Japanese nuclear plant

Workers at Japan's stricken nuclear power plant discovered oil leaking into the ocean near two of the plant's reactors Tuesday.

Here is The Associated Press with more:

"Workers at Fukushima Daiichi plant found an oil spill in the sea near reactors five and six, which were in shutdown when the earthquake and tsunami struck March 11, Tokyo Electric Power Co. said. The spill was contained by an oil fence, TEPCO spokesman Taichi Okazaki said."

Workers have been struggling since March to get the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant under control after it suffered a partial meltdown in the aftermath of a massive earthquake and tsunami that hit northeastern Japan.
