Cantor: Tackle energy subsidies in tax reform plan, not debt talks

Asked about oil tax breaks, Cantor said they should be considered as part of a plan that would lower corporate rates, citing recommendations by the Simpson-Bowles commission and the position of Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).

However, he stopped short of definitively ruling out their inclusion in a debt deal.
