Climate change spreading diseases to new areas

Climate change might be spreading multiple diseases to new regions across the nation, USA Today reports.

Valley Fever, which is growing in California's Central Valley, is one of the diseases experts say are spreading, in part due to climate change.

USA Today will write a yearlong series that takes a look at the regions and ways climate change affects the nation's population.
