Fate of ‘extenders’ markup, wind credit in flux

The Hill’s On The Money blog has the latest on fluid Senate talks over extension of a suite of expired or soon-to-lapse tax breaks — including the wind energy production tax credit that the industry calls vital.

A major wrinkle: Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) has indicated he is willing to prevent the Finance Committee from marking up the extenders package on Thursday, Senate aides said Wednesday. Check out the rest of the story here.
