French Energy and Environment Minister Delphine Batho argued the nation shouldn't ease its ban on hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, because she said the practice is causing "considerable" environmental harm in the U.S., Bloomberg Businessweek reports.

New American Wind Energy Association CEO Tom Kiernan, who previously led the National Parks Conservation Association, pens an op-ed in The Huffington Post on why he took the job at the wind trade group.
