Rice on board of cap-and-trade start-up

Our Hillicon Valley colleague Kim Hart has news on Condoleezza Rice. The former secretary of state and current Stanford political science instructor is also now on the board of directors of start-up involved in helping businesses adapt to a cap-and-trade, carbon-constrained world.

Kim writes the company, called C3, is the brainchild of Thomas Siebel, founder of the tech company, Siebel Systems, and an active member of the Republican Party in California.
