Dodd schedules hearing on foreclosure problems

Pressure to investigate the actions of banks has been mounting on Capitol Hill to look into the issue of "robo-signers" who clear foreclosure paperwork without closely examining the contents. 

The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Nov. 16, a day after Congress returns for a lame-duck session.
