Loeffler recently worked as co-chairman for GrayLoeffler, a “global business advisory company.”
He served in Congress from 1979 to 1986. During his time in the House, he was deputy whip and chief deputy whip. He sat on the Appropriations committee, the Energy and Commerce Committee and the Budget Committee .
Loeffler served as a delegate to the Republican National Convention in 1984, 1988, and 1992 and as a special assistant for legislative affairs to President Gerald Ford.
