It's a slow news day now that Congress has recessed for the July 4 break, but there's always someone talking about health policy in this town.
On Friday morning, the Environmental Protection Agency's Science Advisory Board meets at 9 a.m. at the St. Regis Hotel to review the agency's human health assessments.
The AIDS Healthcare Foundation will address global AIDS relief funding during a press conference at the National Press Club at 10 a.m.
And the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology holds an advisory committee meeting at 11 a.m. via telephone and the Internet.
