King accused President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) of rooting for a government shutdown, claiming that healthcare reform funding would keep flowing if Congress agrees on a spending bill.
“That is the bitter irony of this scenario, and it’s one of the reasons why Harry Reid and Barack Obama don’t care if there’s a government shutdown,” King said. “It doesn’t shut down their ObamaCare agenda.”
