House GOP to hammer health law in 9/11 hearing

The activity quieted somewhat after the Supreme Court upheld the law June 28, but criticism of the Affordable Care Act has become a mainstay on the campaign trail for lawmakers and Mitt Romney, the GOP nominee.

Tuesday's hearing will focus on the law's tax provisions and its implementation by the IRS.
