Another section asks for contributions to the NRCC to "help repeal ObamaCare."

The effort highlights the GOP's ongoing struggle to decide how it will message against the healthcare law, which even Republicans acknowledge is basically here to stay.

GOP-led congressional committees have held almost a dozen hearings so far this session portending doom for the U.S. economy and healthcare system because of healthcare reform.

With its new site, the NRCC signaled that the Affordable Care Act will likely play a role in the midterm elections.

The committee also sent memos to reporters Friday blasting vulnerable Democrats like Rep.
