Grassley, Hatch protest 'unlimited' health-law grants

Republicans have long criticized the Obama administration's spending on the Affordable Care Act, saying it lacks accountability and transparency.

The letter asks how sequestration will affect exchange grants and how much HHS has given to states so far.
