ObamaCare critics have seized on last week's decision as evidence that the Affordable Care Act is unworkable.
"Time and again, administration officials testified before our committee that all is well and the roll out of the Affordable Care Act is proceeding as planned, but the missed deadlines and ongoing delays tell a much different story," said Oversight subcommittee chairman Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) in a statement.
The White House says the delay answers businesses' desire for more flexibility.
The GOP events will also examine the administration's disclosure Friday that insurance exchanges will not be required to verify applicants' income and health insurance status for another year.
The move means the marketplaces will rely on self-reported information through 2014.
