Republican critics of the healthcare law point to reports about glitches to argue the program is unworkable.
ObamaCare's supporters argue that the long enrollment period and the range of options for signing up consumers should prevent any short-term glitches from becoming full-blown crises.
Federal health officials insist that the enrollment system is on track for its start date on Oct. 1.
"We may encounter some bumps when open enrollment begins, but we'll solve them," one of the law's chief implementers, Gary Cohen, told members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee on Thursday.
