“Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, under her watch, decided politics above the security of our country and the stability and security of the world,” he said.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the series of bombings and shootings that killed at least 120 people in Paris on Friday.

Offering support for France, Santorum said that “we will stand with them and pray for them, and if we had better leadership, help them.”

Obama said Friday that the United States will work with France to respond to the attacks.

“We’re going to do whatever it takes to work with the French people and with nations around the world to bring these terrorists to justice, and to go after any terrorist networks that go after our people,” the president said.

Clinton, formerly Obama’s secretary of State, said that “we must stand side-by-side every step of the way with France and our allies around the world to wage and win the struggle against terrorism and violent extremism.”

Santorum, a former Pennsylvania senator, slammed both of their reactions Saturday, saying Clinton  “never defined the enemy” as radical Islamists.

Obama, he said, “is either uninformed, dishonest or delusional and probably all three.”

Santorum is polling at less than 1 percent in national polls of the GOP presidential race, according to RealClearPolitics. But he said he has the most aggressive plan to confront ISIS and terrorism around the globe.

“Barack Obama [and] Hillary Clinton have created the most dangerous world that any new president is going to have to assume the leadership of,” he told the audience. “That’s why your decision is so important. You are going to have to make a tough decision.”
