Snapchat turned down a $3 billion offer from Facebook, sources tell The Wall Street Journal

The surveillance controversy is hurting U.S. companies in China, according to Reuters. 

Italian prosecutors are investigating whether Apple paid all its taxes, The New York Times reports. 

Samsung said during the first day of a trial that it only owes Apple $52 million, The Associated Press writes.
